The IT Service Center provides telephone, walk-in, web-based and e-mail support to SMU's students, faculty and staff. 
The IT Service Center staff can assist you with questions about desktop or laptop computers as well as MSB Intranet, e-mail, Network, Wireless connection, printing, classroom technology, A/V deliveries, computer labs, and other computer related questions.
