SAP

Study Abroad Programs (SAPs) at Mediterranean School of Business (MSB) are organized for international students who seek to broaden their business perspectives, gain a strategic understanding of the region’s business environment, and acquire the cross cultural competence necessary to manage in a global context. In 2007, 2008, and 2010, MSB hosted five SAP cohorts of undergraduate and graduate students from universities such as University of Maryland, George Mason University, and University of Texas El Paso.

Doing Business in MENA

On an aggregate level, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region has traditionally attracted worldwide attention for its possession of the largest share of world proven oil reserves. Besides the strategic considerations of the energy sector for the US, some of these countries have a diversified economy with manufacturing and tourism accounting for larger shares of national GDP and employment and offering great investment and trade opportunities for US companies.

Doing Business in MAGHREB

Maghreb: The “Maghreb” relates to the North Western part of Africa and includes Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Libya and Mauritania. While historically Maghrebi economies are tied to the European market, they are increasingly integrating into world markets. Their drive toward globalization opens great trade and investment opportunities for US companies.
