PRIME

PRIME is a full time intensive management training program organized in English. It is organized in partnership with AMIDEAST Tunis and in close collaboration with corporations and other employers from different economic sectors.

Team Building and Leadership

This module consists of a training session designed to develop “soft skills” (business communication, problem-solving skills, presentations, etc.) and team-building. The course provides students with the social science tools needed to solve organizational problems and influence the actions of individuals, groups, and organizations.

Business Economic Environment & Strategy

The objectives of this module are to help you understand some fundamental economic concepts and develop your ability to analyze the macroeconomic and microeconomic environment of a firm. In addition, it allows participants to develop your capacity to think strategically about a company, its business position, and how it can gain sustainable competitive advantage.

Accounting and Finance

Examines the fundamental principles of financial accounting and analysis. Topics discussed include understanding how financial statements are prepared, interpreting the information provided in financial statements.

Operations Management

Examines the basic principles of supply chain management from the perspective of a firm and that of a project manager. The course positions operations as a managerial integration function and provides frameworks and tools that target business processes and project management.

Marketing

This module explores issues related to Understanding Marketing role in an Organization. The objective is to provide participants with tools to identify and assess market opportunities by analyzing customers, competitors and company.

Organizational Behavior

The module consists of a general introduction to management followed by an additional two sessions to coach participants integration into the workplace with a special emphasis on relating basic concepts of organizational behavior and information systems to career prospects for participants.
