Objectives

The Manager's MBA is an Executive Master in Business Administration program targeting senior executives seeking to upgrade their managerial skills. Beyond the acquisition of the analytical tools and the mastery of the functional areas of business (Marketing, Finance, Operations Management …), participants develop their soft skills (leadership, communication, entrepreneurship …). Highly diversified and motivated participants, world renowned faculty, and state of the art facilities are major factors that made the Manager’s MBA a program of reference in the Mediterranean and one of the best MBA in Africa.

The Manager's MBA is recognized by the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education. The Mediterranean School of Business (MSB) is a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International). In its seventh edition, the Manager’s MBA has attracted more than 350 participants representing thirteen nationalities.

The participation of high potential candidates is critical to the success of our programs. Participants admitted to The Manager’s MBA occupy senior management positions. They are highly motivated executives from diverse business sectors and industries.

Students admitted to the Manager's MBA program should be highly motivated and competent executives from diverse business sectors and industries. To be considered for admission, the following items should be submitted:

An undergraduate degree from an accredited university. Prior study in management or economics is not mandatory,

Proficiency in written and spoken English. Qualified applicants who do not have the required level of English proficiency at the time of the application can be pre admitted to the program, with the final admission condition of acquiring a satisfactory level of English proficiency prior to the beginning of the program,

High level of motivation, and strong leadership ability,

Interview: Qualified candidates will be scheduled for an interview. This requirement is an important step in the overall application process.

Applicants who do not have significant managerial experience need to prove, through the admission process, that their experience and personal qualities will enable them to contribute to the program as much as they will learn from it.
