Anis Chelbi
Graduated from Laval University (Canada) and Kyoto University (Japan). His main expertise and research interests include Systems Reliability and Availability Optimization, Operations and Project Management, Stochastic processes and Maintenance Management. He worked as Assistant Professor in Industrial Engineering at Laval University from 1996 to 1998. Since 1998, he returned to Tunisia and joined the University of Tunis at the Higher School of Science and Technology of Tunis where he is now full professor teaching and directing a research team. Besides his numerous scientific contributions and publications, Dr. Chelbi has a rich experience as a consultant for national and international industrial companies in various fields (Aeronautics, Chemical industry Ceramics, packaging, food industries, etc.). He has also contributed to the recently appeared Handbook of Maintenance Management and Engineering (Springer®). Finally, he is recepient of the Outstanding Paper Award Winner at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2009.

Akram TEMIMI
Akram Temimi holds a Ph.D. in Economics and an M.S. in Policy Economics from the University of Illinois. He is currently an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Alabama and a Visiting Professor at MSB where he holds the position of the Academic Coordinator of the PRIME program. Dr. Temimi has been published in the Journal of Political Economy, Journal of Mathematical Economics, Review of International Economics, Public Choice, Journal of Public Economic Theory, and the Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance. His research interests and publications are in Political Economy, Public Economics, Collective Action and Industrial Organization. He has won the Commerce Council Teaching Award for outstanding teaching at the University of Illinois, and was appointed as a Board of Visitors Research Fellow at the University of Alabama. Dr. Temimi was selected in Who’s Who in America in 2003.
