Objectives

• Better respond to employers’ needs for English speaking qualified managers
• Shorten the period of adaptation of young graduates to the business environment
• Increase employment opportunities for young graduates from the university system in Tunisia and beyond;

Target Participants

A select number of outstanding graduates from Engineering and Management Schools and young professionals with one to three years of work experience

Screening Process

Candidates to PRIME are evaluated by MSB on the basis of:
   - The needs expressed by the partner institutions and other potential employers
   - The aptitudes and potential of the candidates.

Those admitted to the program will be presented to MSB partners among employers for a second evaluation and eventual hiring and sponsorship.

   - Immersion into today’s business environment through the analysis of business cases and, use of the analytical tools, and the functional areas of business (Marketing, Finance, Operations Management …)
